At Artsyy, we aim to deliver your canvas art safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Time

All ready-made artworks are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Custom-made/personalized artworks require additional time for production and are usually shipped within 5–10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days (after dispatch), depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors (weather, courier issues, holidays).
Artsyy is not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
In case of lost shipments, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
