Return & Refund Policy

At Artsyy, we want you to love your canvas art. If there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The item was delivered damaged

  • The print is defective

  • You received the wrong item

👉 Please note: Custom-made/personalized artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.

2. Return Window

  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Refund/Exchange Process

  • We currently offer exchanges only (no direct refunds).

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange to send you a replacement item of equal value.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item received, Artsyy will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photographs of the item (if damaged/defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

6. Exclusions

  • Custom/personalized artworks cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

  • Items not returned in their original condition may not qualify for an exchange.
