At Artsyy, we want you to love your canvas art. If there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The item was delivered damaged

The print is defective

You received the wrong item
👉 Please note: Custom-made/personalized artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
2. Return Window

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Refund/Exchange Process

We currently offer exchanges only (no direct refunds).

Once your return is approved, we will arrange to send you a replacement item of equal value.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item received, Artsyy will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
